The Freedom Faculty aims to be a visionary, transformative vehicle dedicated to equipping people and communities with the tools, understanding, inspiration, and support needed to reclaim or cultivate professional, personal, mental, emotional, physical, and social freedom.
Founder & CEO John Dicey, FRSA (pictured) brings more than 35 years experience in operations, sales, marketing, and high level, inspirational leadership to the mission.

Whether you are a self-employed tradesperson or you run a small business it can be a tireless and lonely endeavour.
Whatever type of business you run, a fresh pair of eyes can be invaluable.
This one-day service involves us talking through and reviewing every aspect of your business - free of charge!
The “Snapshot” trouble-shooter consultation provides you with a great opportunity to freshen up your activities, inspire change, identify potential improvements, and perhaps even enhance the bottom line of your business.
Available either in-person or remotely.
Project 2: Pathfinder
£500 Per Year
An ongoing business coach consultation.
Running your own small business can sometimes make you feel isolated and directionless. It can feel as if all your energy goes into working within the business rather than making and executing plans to move it forward.
This one-year programme fits around your busy work schedule utilising brief weekly calls and monthly meetings designed to inspire and empower you to plan and execute ideas, improvements, and enhancements to your business.
Whether you want to scale up or even scale down if you’re looking to do so - this “Pathfinder” business coach consultation provides you with an excellent opportunity to gain and maintain control of your business, and bottom line, going forward.
